If you want to refund after payment, you need to pay 10% of the total order as handling fee. For credit card payment, bank handling fee and 10% refund handling fee will be deducted (request can only be made within 24 hours after payment)
If our store sends the wrong goods or the goods are defective, we will promptly notify our customer service after receiving the goods and arrange for a replacement or refund. If you want to replace the goods, they must be sent within one week. If it is late, it will not be processed.
Defects such as: staining, tatters, missing accessories
Color removal, thread removal, and lathe work will not be returned or exchanged. This is a normal phenomenon.
In the event of any dispute, understated shop has the final right to interpret the terms and conditions contained in this article. These terms and conditions are available in Chinese and English versions. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.
